It was perhaps Napoleon Nonato to bild Villa Teresa giving the name of the wife Teresa, then handed over to his sons Luigi and Alfonso. The villa reveals a noble past and a wealthy, frequentation of artists who have left some testimonies which a beautiful bas-relief in plaster and floral decorations.
Now are living Sergio Parma and Renata Montanari, who have restored and preserved it.
