Cavaleri   -  Milan, 1867 - Cuvio (Varese), 1944

He abandoned his studies to become a doctor and in  1888 devoted to painting, without any teacher.

He won a gold medal in Milan in 1893,and obtained several other acknowledgements in Italy and abroad, where he frequently made exhibitions. He was also an etching carver/engraver.

He is present in the Modern Art Galleries in  Rome, Milan, Turin, Genoa as well as in important public foreign collections.

In 1946 after his death , there was a great exhibition at the Galleria Ranzini in  Milan.
